Thur 30 Sept

GPS:  M6N1--Fraction and decimal operations
WotD:  improper fraction

HW:  Worktext, p. 136, #11-21
Due to the writing prompt tomorrow, I am canceling tonight's homework.

Today we will continue to work across classes with Ms. Evans's classes in stations on various activities involving fractions, decimals, and measuring.

Brain juice:  What is a factorial?  It is used in higher math and it is very simple--

5! (or "5 factorial") means 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1, or 120.
3! means 3 x 2 x 1, or 6.
6! means 6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1, or 720.
So, what would 4! be equal to?
